The Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for down-to-earth individuals who take pride in their work, strive for excellence, and maintain a beginner’s mind. The ideal candidate is analytical, outcome-focused, and a leader who gets and inspires results.

  • Cross-functionally contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies

  • Support the marketing manager in overseeing departmental operations

  • Raise brand awareness by organizing and attending marketing activities or events

  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence

  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics

  • Prepare marketing contents for publication and oversee their physical and digital distribution; apply enthusiasm for and keep up with emerging and mainstream social media channels and content specifications

  • Research and identity opportunities in the market for product promotion and business growth

  • Collaborate with management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for marketing campaign yet achieving enhancement of the company’s presence and brand awareness


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field

  • 3 – 5 years proven experience as marketing officer or similar role

  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles. Experience with fintech and/or payments company is preferred

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Creativity and commercial awareness plus strong social media writing skill

  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
