Role & Responsibilities

Keep open lines of communication as a trusted advisor with management, vendors and customers to ensure proper operations of the company and ensure that customer needs are met and create amazing experiences that make them excited to work with the company in the long term.
Complete company operation requirement in a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Report daily reconciliation, weekly customer usage, weekly capacity review, and monthly management account to various stakeholders and regulators
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets and deliver excellent customer service
Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the company’s operational capacity
Actively pursue company’s operational objectives
Ensure operational activities completed on time
Conduct operational reviews and report to management
Support Sales in closing new deals and up-sells while strategically identifying ways to make success repeatable and scalable
Conduct AML/CFT on new customers and clients
Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
2 -3 years of proven experience in a similar role. Experience with Fintech and/or payments company is preferred
Ability to maintain the control of internal operations and customer service
Trained in negotiation for conflict management between business
Knowledge of business software, IT and aptitude to learn new mobile applications
If very senior, we will consider you for a managerial position.
